Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds and Returns, an occasionally necessary evil.  Clearly, we want you to to be happy with your purchase from  We don’t want returns.

All orders from are hand-picked and checked for quality control as they are sent.  However, now and again, things do go wrong.  If, when you receive your order, there are clear marks of damage or distress, please get in touch immediately.  If your order has become damaged while in the post, we will replace it as fast as we can.

We go to great lengths to describe every item in great detail, so there should be no cases of products not being as anticipated.  Again, at times, this may happen.

For a full refund, please do not use the products.

Incorrect Orders

It’s rare, but sometimes, it happens.  If we have sent you an incorrect order, the responsibility for replacement is, naturally, entirely ours.  If you find your order isn’t what you need – for example, you ordered a Double when you needed a King Size, we will be happy to replace these items, although payment for returns and re-delivery should, we think, be your responsibility.  We will exchange your item(s) once you have returned the incorrect ones, unopened and unused.  You can return order within 7 days of receiving them, we feel this is plenty of time to decide if the products are right.

All returned items must be UNUSED and in their original packaging. We will do our best to reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods.  We hope you will agree that used items, for reasons of hygiene, cannot be retuned.

Any damages to deliveries must be reported to us within 24 hours of your receipt of your order. If a product is defective in any way, please contact us and we will provide you with a Returns Address Label, so that you can return the item at no cost to yourself.

As mentioned, in the interest of safety and hygiene, all products – sheets, pillowcases, mattress protectors, duvets, duvet covers, pillows, and pillow protectors cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or damaged, unless faulty.

On inspection of any returned products, if we find that they have been handled/used beyond what is necessary to establish the ‘returnable’ nature of the goods, you will be liable for the diminished value of said goods. In such circumstances, we may withhold an amount to reflect the diminished value of the goods. Please contact us at for further information. We will be happy to help you in any way that we can.
